We offer UK delivery only, for international delivery options please see our eBay page. We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 3 working days. Our working days are Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays. During busy periods we may also work on the weekend, but this is at our own discretion. Our delivery partner is Royal Mail and all items are sent via its tracked services. All delivery timescales are from when your order is dispatched and not when the order is placed.

Royal Mail 48hr (2-3 days) - £3.99

Royal Mail 24hr (1-2 days) - £5.99

 

Orders to remote locations may take a day longer.

 

We do not offer free delivery as we take extra care to provide a quality well packed and tracked service.

 

For deliveries made to "safe places". We relinquish all responsibility for your parcel once it has been delivered to your nominated safe place. Requesting delivery to a safe place is done so at your own risk and through the delivery companies tracking details only. We also do not accept responsibility for your parcel where verbal instructions are given to the delivery driver through any type of video doorbell.

 

Packaging

 

All toys (with the exception of plush items) are delivered in boxes with extra protection added where needed. To minimise waste we sometimes reuse manufactures boxes that are still in great condition.

 

If you collect "mint in box" items please leave a comment in the additional comments box and we will give the package a once over.

 

All carboard boxes are made from responsible sources and are FSC approved. Whenever possible we strive to reuse the boxes that we receive our products in for your orders. which helps us reduce our wastage and protect our planets natural resources.
